SYNERGETIC LATTICE FIELD THEORY & MODERN COSMOLOGY
Although synergetic lattice field theory (SLFT) is primarily a theory of the Planck scale structure of space, it nevertheless has potential implications for cosmology. One central element of SLFT that may imply significant consequences for modern cosmology is the idea of negative mass and associated anti-gravitational forces.
SLFT explicitly includes some ideas contained in bi-metric theories of gravity [1, 2] that include negative-mass copies of the standard model’s particles. These negative-mass particles interact only gravitationally with the standard model’s particles. The consequences of such bi-metric theories could provide alternative explanations for various observations of modern cosmology, including the large scale structure of the universe (large voids and walls) and the nature of dark matter [2].
